2012: Week 41

Saturday 6 October

Daisy went to her Dad's yesterday and I didn't take any photos today. I considered finding a stock photo of a Blood Brothers poster (Jon and I saw it this afternoon) but I thought you would rather see this picture that I took a week or two ago and didn't have room to put in that week's blog entry. She had such a good try at putting her coat on - shame it was back to front when she'd finished...

Sunday 7 October

I bought Daisy a new pair of slippers yesterday. As with everything new, she wasn't too keen at first, even though they have Peppa on them, so I didn't make a big deal of them and within 5 minutes she had put them on her feet herself :).

Monday 8 October

Daisy loves watching a particular YouTube video of baby pandas in a sanctuary in China playing on a slide - so much so that when the video finishes, she's learned to press the space bar to play it again. This morning she announced she was going to get her doctor's set and when she came back she got the stethoscope out to listen to the panda's heart... :).

Tuesday 9 October

I was just about ready to throw Daisy out the window today. Making it worse was the fact that it was raining, so we couldn't even go to the park. Instead we had a drink and a cake in our front-room coffee shop.

Wednesday 10 October

Carrying on the cake theme, here she is enjoying a cupcake at Toddlers this morning. She gave herself a chocolate icing goatee then left the cake itself.

Thursday 11 October

Oh dear, I didn't do very well at all this week... Here's one from next week instead, as I have a choice of photos for Saturday in particular.

Friday 12 October

Another sneak preview of next week. In honour of what would have been my late Nanna's 102nd birthday, but mainly because I didn't take any pictures again today, here's Daisy's Nanna and Grandpa cutting the cake at their Ruby Wedding party.
